About this event

The aim of this Workshop is to update general practitioners on the identification, assessment, and treatment of patients with bowel and urinary incontinence.

Learning outcomes:

  • Assess patients presenting with bowel and urinary incontinence in the primary care setting
  • Review the pharmacological, surgical and non-medical management options for bowel and urinary incontinence in the public and private sectors
  • Apply a systematic approach to the multidisciplinary medical and non-medical management of bowel and urinary incontinence.
  • Recognise when to refer a patient to a specialist.

The workshop will be accredited with RACGP as a Category 2 activity. All eligible participants will receive an attendance certificate for CPD purposes.
